Expert legal defence for complex court orders and restrictive notices.
An injunction is a Court order which prevents you from doing certain things which would otherwise be perfectly legal and ordinary. The Court can grant an injunction if they are satisfied it is necessary and proportionate—there is no need for a criminal offence to be proved first.
It is only the Court, and not the person who asked for the injunction, who can decide whether it is still necessary. Do not take this lightly – it is always your responsibility to ensure you are not breaching the terms.
If in doubt, pick up the phone and speak to us – it is always better than not knowing whether you will be picked up by the Police at the next corner.
