Gareth is a Solicitor with over 20 years experience dealing with all types of criminal matters. Formally a Head of Department with another firm, Gareth joined Arif & Co in 2023 and regularly represents clients at the police station and the magistrates court, he also assists Counsel with the most serious Crown Court cases. Gareth has experience of dealing with a wide range of matters but particularly enjoys assisting clients with road traffic cases such as exceptional hardship applications and back calculation cases.
